ZeroTouch – Phone Compatibility

ZeroTouch – Phone Compatibility

Hi everyone, I’m Doug, from the ZeroTouch team. Today we want to make sure your device works with ZeroTouch! Currently, ZeroTouch is only compatible with Android phones, running version 4.4 or later. Sorry, iPhone users, we don’t support iOS at this time. You’ll also need to make sure you have a working proximity sensor on your phone. It will be located along the earpiece depending on your phone. Since you activate the ZeroTouch App by waving or high-fiving near the earpiece, we want to make sure your proximity sensor is working properly. The in-app setup will point you to the specific location of your proximity sensor, but let’s check it now. Start a call…. and hold your hand over the entire earpiece area. The screen should turn off though the call is still in progress. The description below has a list of devices that are NOT compatible with ZeroTouch. If your device is not listed, be sure to still check that your device works properly as mentioned earlier. You can also check out the video below for car compatibility. Thanks and don’t forget to comment below to let us know how you’re doing or if you have any other questions.
